Type ms-settings: and hit the Enter key.
Open Windows Terminal, PowerShell, or Command Prompt - any will do.
Type ms-settings: in the Run dialog, and hit the Enter key. Right-click the Start button in the taskbar, and select Run. Press Win + X to open the context menu of the Start button, and select Run. Press Win + R on the keyboard to open the Run dialog.
